"We contacted our realtor, Julie Baker, early in March about our needs for a new house.  It was time to end apartment life.  We wanted two things out of our house - Carmel location and as much space as we could afford.  Other realtors we talked to kept pushing Noblesville and Fishers on us.  That's not what we wanted.  It was Carmel or nothing.  I told Julie this and we were looking at houses of good size and in our price range later that week.

In fact, after two outings with Julie, we found our house.  She listened to exactly what we wanted and found only houses that fit our criteria.  So, we didn't waste any time looking at houses we couldn't afford or didn't have what we wanted.  I think we looked at maybe 10 houses - all fit our criteria but only the last one felt like home.

The time from bidding on the house until closing was far from stress free - what house buying ever is.  But, it was all from the seller.  In fact, Julie and her father helped us understand everything that was happening, why it was happening and what we needed to do.  While the process was nerve-racking, Julie and her father helped to make it less so.

Now, we have a great house in a great neighborhood and I'm not putting myself in debt making the mortgage payments.  If we ever have the need to buy another house, we're calling Julie.  Thank you, Julie!
